For those that want a Full R-PAL (a PAL that includes Restricted firearms privileges, including restricted rifles and restricted shotguns) as needed for some types of employment (or just for fun).

While the current Liberal government has placed severe restrictions on the permanent transfer of restricted handguns, we can still offer this course and you can still obtain a full R-PAL.
